what is Freelancing?

A freelancer is an individual who earns money on a per-job or per-task basis, usually for short-term work. doing particular pieces of work for different organizations, rather than working all the time for a single organization is called freelancing. Freelancers are often considered to be self-employed and have the freedom to pick and choose their projects and companies they would like to be associated with.

The freelance marketplaces are divided into two types


a) Traditional freelance marketplace
b)Non-traditional freelance marketplace.

Both Traditional and Non-Traditional Freelance marketplaces are of equal importance. But in the first one, you as a freelancer make bids to grab the project. In the second one employer searches best freelancer for his work

Traditional Freelance Market Places


Employer posts a project in the freelance market. Freelancer bids on that project. The employer checks the freelancer bid response visits his profile if he finds a freelancer perfect for his job initiates communication with freelancers. After this employer discusses his project requirements with the freelancer. After the accomplishment of the project, the employer pays to freelancer for his work.

Freelancer.com works slightly differently than Upwork. The process of posting a project, comparing and selecting freelance bidders, and paying upon approval is the same.

Guru is the best website to hire professional freelancers and find freelance work online .guru is a young company with only some of the employees. In this type of freelance market, the freelancer posts his packages and services. Employer visits and reviews that packages and services, if he founds a suitable freelancer hires his services. In this process, money is deposited in Escrow when the project is completed employer releases money to the freelancer account.
